 Hats off to variety, because you have plenty in when in comes to head coverings. Workers around the community have distinctive hast for their uniforms such as fireman hats, police hats, construction worker hats, chef hats, army helmets, and more. Athletes also wear hats to protect themselves during a game, choose from football helmets, baseball caps, race car driver hats and even golfer’s caps with a little pompom on top. Clowns wear cone-shaped hats with their costumes, cowboys wear a black or white felt cowboy hats and guards and the palace in London wear the signature Busby hats. There are also some hats that are so distinctive that they will forever be linked to a particular person such as the Cat in the Hat hat, Lincoln’s stovepipe hat and Merlin’s wizard hat.
